Terms & Conditions
The terms below govern every charter request and booking arranged by Alpha One Aviation. Please read them carefully by submitting a request you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted them.

Brokerage role
Alpha One Aviation ("Alpha One", "we", "us") acts solely as an aircraft charter broker. We arrange flights on behalf of our clients ("you") with third-party air carriers that hold the appropriate Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by their state of registration.

We are not an air carrier, do not own or operate the aircraft, and do not provide the air transportation ourselves. Each flight is performed by an independent operator who has full and exclusive operational control over the aircraft, the crew, and the conduct of the flight.

Quotations & confirmation
All quotations are provided in good faith based on the route, dates, and passenger numbers you supply, and are subject to aircraft availability, operator confirmation, slot allocation, crew duty time, parking, and overflight permits at the time of booking.

A quote becomes a binding contract only once: (a) the operator has formally confirmed the aircraft, (b) you have signed the charter agreement, and (c) full payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received in cleared funds.

Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 100% of the charter price is payable in cleared funds prior to departure. For bookings made more than 14 days in advance, a 50% deposit may be accepted to hold the aircraft, with the balance due no later than 72 hours before scheduled departure.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are exclusive of VAT, GST, and any other applicable taxes, which will be added at the prevailing rate where required.

What is included
Standard quotes include: aircraft rental, crew, fuel, standard catering, ground handling, navigation and landing fees at scheduled airports, and standard insurance held by the operator.

Additional services such as ground transportation, premium catering, in-flight Wi-Fi (where chargeable), de-icing, extended crew duty, additional parking, hangarage, or itinerary changes are billed separately at cost plus any operator surcharge.

Cancellation & changes
Once a charter is confirmed, cancellation fees apply on a sliding scale set by the operator. As a general guide: more than 14 days before departure — 25% of the charter price; 7–14 days — 50%; 72 hours – 7 days — 75%; less than 72 hours or no-show — 100%.

Itinerary changes after confirmation (route, dates, times, passenger count) are accommodated whenever operationally possible and may incur additional charges. We will always confirm the cost of any change in writing before it is actioned.

Operational control & safety
The operator has sole and final authority over all matters relating to the safe conduct of the flight, including but not limited to route, altitude, fuel load, weather diversions, technical delays, and the decision to delay, divert, or cancel a flight.

Alpha One does not accept liability for any delay, diversion, cancellation, or change to the flight caused by weather, air traffic control, technical issues, force majeure, or any decision made by the operator or pilot in command in the interest of safety.

Travel documents & compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all passengers, pets, and baggage carried on the flight comply with the immigration, customs, health, security, and export-control regulations of the countries of departure, transit, and arrival, and hold all required passports, visas, and permits.

Alpha One and the operator may refuse to carry any passenger or item that does not meet these requirements, and you remain liable for the full cost of the charter and any resulting fines, repositioning, or repatriation charges.

Baggage & dangerous goods
Baggage allowance is determined by the aircraft type, the number of passengers, and the runway performance required for the route. We will confirm the allowance in writing for every booking.

The carriage of dangerous goods (including but not limited to lithium batteries above declared thresholds, firearms, ammunition, compressed gases, and flammable liquids) is strictly regulated by IATA and ICAO and must be declared in advance. Undeclared dangerous goods may result in offload, fines, or criminal prosecution.

Liability
The carriage of passengers and baggage is governed by the operator's conditions of carriage and the relevant international conventions, including the Montreal Convention 1999 where applicable, which limit the operator's liability for death, injury, delay, and baggage.

Alpha One's liability, in its capacity as broker, is limited to the broker fee received for the booking and excludes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Privacy & confidentiality
We treat all client information identities, itineraries, contact details, and flight history as strictly confidential. Personal data is processed only to arrange and operate your flight, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

We may share necessary passenger and flight information with the operating carrier, ground handlers, and government authorities (advance passenger information, customs, immigration) where required by law or operationally necessary.

Empty legs & dynamic pricing
Empty-leg flights are offered subject to the operator's primary booking. They may be modified, rerouted, retimed, or cancelled at any time before departure if the underlying booking changes. We will always offer an alternative or a full refund if this happens.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a booking will, where it cannot be resolved amicably, be referred to the competent courts of Doha, Qatar.
